Job summary

Caliber Collision Tyler East is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans, and manage customer communications from intake to final paperwork. This role ensures accurate assessments and timely vehicle delivery while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an active Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
