Job summary

Caliber Collision in Athens, GA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and customer communications from intake to final delivery. Responsibilities include DRP, final invoices, and total loss administration while keeping customers updated on status and ensuring adherence to Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience, sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair work.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan updates to customers.
• Comply with safety rules and company standards.
