Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Columbus, OH service center to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and paperwork up to delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and keep customers informed on vehicle status while following safety rules and Caliber standards.

The role requires 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar software experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for repair work.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
