Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Columbus, OH to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle check-in and final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss tasks and communicate post-repair plans with customers, while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong sales orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check-in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide timely vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and company standards.
