Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator. You will write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle check-ins and final paperwork prior to delivery. You will finalize total loss admin and communicate post-repair status to customers, while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a DMV-appropriate license. We value sales orientation and strong communication skills to support customers through

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
