Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wooster, OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our team. You will write estimates, review repair processes, check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork for delivery, including DRP and final invoices.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD Appraisers license. CCC1 or similar software experience and a sales-oriented mindset are a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while complying with safety rules and company standards
