Job summary

Caliber Collision in Wooster, OH is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle intake through delivery. You will finalize paperwork, coordinate DRP and final invoices, and communicate post-repair status to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, valid driver's license and a MVPD license, with strong sales orientation and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates and conducting process reviews.
• Checking in customer vehicles and managing intake.
• Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan updates to customers.
