Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Sevierville, TN to write estimates, review processes and check in customer vehicles. You will finalize paperwork, complete total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and standards.

The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates, conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
