Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Milford, OH Service Center to write estimates, review processes, and manage vehicle check-in and final paperwork. The role includes finalizing DRP invoices and total loss administration, with clear communication of post-repair plans to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible for coverage.
• Valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews for each case.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize DRP and final invoices prior to vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates while adhering to safety rules and standards.
