Job summary

Caliber Collision Scottsdale – Old Town is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork before delivery. The role requires knowledge of repair procedures, strong sales orientation, and a valid driver’s license with MVPD license eligibility.

The estimator will manage total-loss administration and provide ongoing status updates to customers, while adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company coverage.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
