Job summary

Caliber Collision currently seeks a Collision Estimator at our Mesa, AZ location. The role involves writing estimates, conducting process reviews, and guiding vehicles through the repair and invoicing process, with clear communication to customers about status.

As part of Caliber, you will handle DRP and final invoices, complete total loss processes when required, and ensure adherence to safety rules and company standards while contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair and process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage DRP paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and final invoice.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
