Job summary

Caliber Collision in Springfield, TN is looking for a Collision Estimator to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork including DRP and total loss administration. You will communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers, while complying with Caliber safety rules.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, plus CCC1

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate vehicle collision estimates and repair plans.
• Conduct process reviews and customer vehicle check-in.
• Prepare final customer paperwork including DRP and final invoice.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules.
