Job summary

Caliber Collision Sevierville is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review repair plans, and manage customer vehicle processing from check-in through final paperwork. You will use CCC1 or similar estimating software and maintain a strong sales orientation while providing timely status updates to customers.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post repair plan updates to customers.
