Caliber Collision in Madison, AL is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork before delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans with customers, ensuring status updates align with Caliber safety standards.

The role requires CCC1 or similar estimating software experience, strong sales orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicle repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide status updates on vehicles to customers while following safety rules.
