Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle intake and final paperwork. The role includes DRP and total loss documentation, plus post-repair communications to customers, all while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a MVPD Appraisers license, with sales experience preferred. We offer industry pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize DRP and total loss administration and invoices.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers and follow safety rules.
