Job summary

Caliber Collision Newport News – North is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform writing estimates, process reviews, and vehicle intake tasks, including DRP and final invoicing, while delivering timely updates to customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using CCC1 or similar estimating software, and must have 2+ years of estimating experience and a valid license. We offer competitive pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork.
• Administer total loss process and final invoices.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers.
