Job summary

Caliber Collision in Newport News is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake to final delivery. This role requires strong sales orientation and knowledge of repair procedures.

The estimator will complete DRP and final invoices, handle total loss administration, and provide timely vehicle status updates to customers, while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair communication.
