Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repairs and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage the quality of each repair process and keep customers informed.
• Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians.
• Handle disbursement paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
