Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of collision repair experience.
• Solid knowledge of vehicle structures and damage assessment.
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and insurance forms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicle damage and identify required repairs, replacements, or repainting.
• Assess damage through inspections and calculations.
• Estimate labor and parts costs for repairs.
• Prepare insurance forms showing repair costs.
• Communicate costs and repair timelines clearly to customers.
• Draft work orders and enter them into CollisionRight’s system.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs in the company file.
