Job summary

Mander Collision is seeking an Estimator to determine repair costs and project timelines for damaged vehicles. You will negotiate insurance payments and clearly communicate costs to customers.

Responsibilities include inspecting damages, estimating labor and parts, preparing insurance forms, and composing accurate work orders for entry into CollisionRight’s system. The role requires attention to detail and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of repair processes, techniques, and materials in collision repair.
• 1–3 years of experience in collision repair.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Examine all damaged parts requiring repair, replacement, or repainting.
• Assess vehicle damage through inspections.
• Estimate labor and parts costs for repairs.
• Prepare insurance forms showing repair costs.
• Explain vehicle damage, costs, and insurance to customers professionally.
