Job summary

Crash Champions in Annapolis, MD, is hiring to educate customers through the repair process, prepare estimates, and manage repairs end-to-end while upholding quality standards. You will coordinate with insurance partners, review data with Body Technicians, and ensure timely, accurate finalization of repair orders. Strong customer service and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes complete estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide the best possible experience.
• Able to pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
