Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Rome, GA. You will be the main liaison for customers from drop-off to delivery, preparing estimates for customers and insurers, and coordinating with insurers to ensure a smooth claims process.

Preferred CCC1 estimating system experience, valid driver's license, and potential I-CAR/ASE certification. This role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Experience with CCC1 estimating system preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
