Job summary

Classic Collision in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Collision Estimator to join our team. You will prepare estimates for repair work and coordinate with customers, insurers, and technicians from drop-off to delivery.

This commission-based role offers growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company. Qualifications include collision estimating experience, CCC1 familiarity, I-CAR/ASE certifications (preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from drop-off to delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and/or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with insurance companies to manage customers' claims to ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
