Job summary

Caliber Collision Auburn South is seeking a Collision Estimator to handle estimates, process reviews, vehicle intake, and final paperwork for delivery. This role requires attention to detail and customer communication throughout repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a MVPD license. CCC1 software proficiency is preferred. Join a team dedicated to safe, quality repairs and clear customer updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision work and related documentation.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
