Job summary

Caliber Collision in Issaquah, WA is seeking a Collision Estimator to write vehicle estimates, perform process reviews, and manage check-ins and final paperwork for customers.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, MVPD license, and CCC1 or similar software, with a strong sales orientation. Caliber offers competitive pay and benefits from day one. You'll also communicate post-repair plans and status updates to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle repair estimates.
• Conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
• Adhere to safety rules and company standards.
