Caliber Collision in Carlsbad is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle check-ins and final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. You will ensure DRP, final invoicing, and total loss administration are completed accurately while keeping customers informed of status.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and CCC1 or similar estimating software proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for collision repairs.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers.
