Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to prepare estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake to final delivery. The role includes DRP and final invoicing tasks, plus post-repair plan updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Estimated earnings for this role range from $50,000 to $110,000 per year with a 4.5% commission base and bonuses; additional benefits and ongoing training are offered to support career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates for repairs and finalize quotes.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accuracy of inspections.
• Check in customer vehicles and track status updates.
• Complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
