Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to perform estimating duties, process reviews, and customer communications in Santa Ana, CA. You will write auto repair estimates, check in vehicles, and complete final paperwork before delivery, while ensuring compliance with safety rules and Caliber standards.

This role emphasizes strong sales orientation, knowledge of repair procedures, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• CCC1 or similar estimating software experience.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to explain estimates to customers.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Communicate post repair status to customers.
