Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in El Cajon, CA to perform estimating, process reviews, customer vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. This role includes DRP and final invoice completion, as well as communicating post-repair plans and vehicle status updates to customers, adhering to safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
