Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Euless, TX is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage customer interactions through the repair process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely information. The role emphasizes compliance with insurance requirements and internal WOW standards while maintaining high service levels.

You will participate in daily production walks, support team members, and engage in continued training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager

Gerber Collision & Glass - Euless, TX

• Prior DRP Experience with Start Farm All State, and USAA Preferred
• 2-3 Years Minimum prior CCC1 experience preferred
• 1-2 years prior experience general ledger: accounts receivables/payables preferred
• 3-4 years prior experience in customer service excellence required

Compensation Details:

Compensation:

Estimated $55,000 - $100,000+ / Year Commission

Compensation is commensurate with location, skill, education, and experience.

In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
