Job summary

The Boyd Group in Terrell, TX is hiring for an experienced automotive service coordinator. The role focuses on documenting customer interactions, guiding clients through the repair process, and ensuring compliance with insurance programs and company procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, I-CAR training, and at least 1 year of related experience; a valid driver’s license is required. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in related roles.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process and ensure excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
• Greet customers and provide positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.

Prior DRP Experience with Start Farm All State, and USAA Preferred

2-3 Years Minimum prior CCC1 experience preferred 1-2 years prior experience general ledger: accounts receivables/payables preferred 3-4 years prior experience in customer service excellence required

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager

Compensation Details:

Estimated $55,000 - $100,000 / Year

Commissions for this position are calculated based on location and revenue metrics, sales and individual performance, subject to the terms of the plan.

In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
