Job summary

Assured-Automotive-6 is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurers. You will communicate repairs, provide timely updates, and help ensure satisfaction throughout the repair process.

The role requires familiarity with OE guidelines, I-CAR training, and at least 1 year of estimating experience. A valid driver’s license is required and a focus on KPI performance is essential.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of automotive estimating experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
  • Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through repair process.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and coordinate repair needs.
  • Participate in daily production walks with management and attend required trainings.
  • Maintain KPI targets and adhere to DRP processes and company policies.

You control your future.Job Description:The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
