Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, detailing repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and good computer skills; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required.

I-CAR training willingness is noted, with commission-based earnings and potential total compensation in the $50k–$100k

The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
