Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Arkansas to assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and coordinate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will ensure accurate communication, uphold DRP compliance, and participate in daily production walks with management to support KPIs. A background in repairs and OE guidelines is preferred, with I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• 1 year minimum experience in vehicle repair estimation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions with details and updates.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support all team members and attend safety trainings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.

You control your future.Job Description:The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.
