Job description

Further your Automotive or Collision Career by joining an Estimating Team at Schuylkill County's largest collision facility.

You will learn all aspects of managing a collision repair with a focus on the process of acquiring the correct mechanical and sheet metal parts needed for a quality repair.

Must thrive in a fast paced environment. Guaranteed salary plus team bonus.

We pay for your Estimator course and licensing fees!

Monday through Friday 7AM to 4:00PM - No Saturdays or Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Participate in Developing a Proper Repair Plan for Each Vehicle
• Obtain Mechanical and Sheet Metal Parts from Vendors
• Read Estimates and Order Parts in Accordance with Insurance Company Guidelines
• Prepare Estimates in Accordance with Insurance Company Guidelines
• Maintain Excellent Communication with Auto Body Technicians and Estimators

Requirements:

• Automotive Experience Required - Mechanical or Collision
• Strong Computer Skills - Web based programs, Fast typing
• Strong Math Skills
• Professional Personality
• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Excellent Communication, Organizational & Interpersonal Skills
