Dilawri Group is actively seeking a Parts Driver/Advisor Trainee to join the team at Markham Acura.

The working days are Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Apply if you:

  • Have automotive parts advisor/driver experience
  • Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license
  • Can work full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting parts and provide high-quality service to internal and external customers (retail and shop)
  • Inform customers about accessory parts and promotions
  • Take orders for parts via telephone, technician counter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts
  • Organize and fulfill orders from stock
  • Arrange shipments, deliveries, or daily pickups
  • Stock new parts on shelves and maintain organized parts storage
  • Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, wholesale clients, and suppliers
  • Deliver parts to the Collision Centre and distribute them to technicians as needed
  • Ensure invoices match purchase orders for pickups
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm to be part of a fast-growing automotive sales team
  • Aspiring to grow beyond this role
  • Experience with Reynolds/CDK system preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years driving experience
  • At least three (3) years of customer service experience
  • Honda experience is an asset
  • Wholesale experience is an asset
  • Good time management skills
  • Dealership parts department experience preferred
