Qualifications

• Has prior collision repair or body shop experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience writing estimates or coordinating collision repairs preferred.
• Connecticut Appraiser's License is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with collision estimating software preferred.
• Experience with dealer management systems such as Excede/Procede is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent; I-CAR/ASE certifications are a plus.

Day to Day Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a collision repair or body shop environment

• Experience writing estimates or coordinating collision repairs preferred

• Familiarity with Mitchell, CCC, or other collision estimating software preferred
• Experience with dealer management systems such as Excede/Procede is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent
