Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking an organized, dependable Office Manager for our Body Shop and Collision Center. You will keep the office running smoothly and help customers navigate the collision repair process.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and our repair team.

Qualifications

• Experience in body shop or dealership office preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and use office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer calls, and schedule estimates and repairs.
• Open, maintain, and close repair orders with complete paperwork.
• Update customers on repair status, scheduling, and pickup.
• Coordinate insurance paperwork and approvals with the Body Shop team.
• Assist customers with rental vehicle arrangements.
• Prepare invoices and collect payments and deductibles.
• Monitor balances and follow up with customers and insurers.
• Organize files and support daily administrative operations.
• Collaborate with the Body Shop Manager, technicians, parts, and accounting.
