Gerber Collision & Glass in Madison, WI is seeking a Managers in Training candidate to learn and mastery through the WOW Operating Way. You will rotate through CSR, Parts Coordinator, and Estimator roles, achieving required certifications while completing onboarding.

The program emphasizes comprehensive training, hands-on practice, and a path to leadership within the shop, with full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
• Complete CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for weeks.
• Complete Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification for several weeks.
• Complete Estimator Role Based Certification for several months.
• Must complete RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.
