Job summary

Finnegan Auto Group is seeking a Collision Repair Facility Manager to oversee daily operations, production workflow, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring safety and high standards.

You will lead a team of technicians and estimators, build strong relationships with insurance partners and customers, hire and train staff, and monitor KPIs to drive performance. Equal opportunity employer and community-minded.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Positive, friendly attitude, with a customer service mentality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
