Job summary

Caliber Collision Beaumont North is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center's operations, including risk management, production, and administration. You will recruit and develop teammates, monitor financial performance, and review monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe, thorough, and profitable repairs in line with SOPs and industry guidelines, while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance
• Must be 21 years or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall center operation including production, risk management and admin
• Lead teammate development, training and performance reviews
• Monitor client and center financial metrics; identify trends and opportunities
• Recruit, recognize and retain talent to maintain center performance
• Ensure repairs are performed safely, thoroughly and profitably per SOPs
