Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center operations, ensuring exceptional customer experience and KPI achievement. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and maintain safety and quality standards across daily store activities.

You will forecast sales, oversee A/P/A/R, lead monthly reviews, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Lead production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage labor mix and store capacity.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate health & safety and staff meetings; attend managers meetings.
