Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the collision center, drive exceptional customer experience, and achieve KPI targets. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of professionalism and safety across all team members.

This leadership role requires proven experience in a collision repair setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse team to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others using effective coaching and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW operating plan consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Ensure safety gear usage and proper dress code.
• Lead and manage repair facility staff and daily production meetings.
