Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the collision center to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Forecast and manage annual/monthly budgets; monitor labor, materials, and expenses.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing staff coaching.
• Oversee safety, quality, and cleanliness of the repair facility.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and WOW Operating Way.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions; address safety and quality issues.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage shop equipment maintenance.
• Open/close the facility daily and coordinate production walks to ensure throughput.
