Qualifications

• Experience in collision estimating or repair planning.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair procedures.
• Familiarity with OEM repair information and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting vehicles and preparing accurate, complete repair plans.
• Researching and documenting OEM repair procedures.
• Identifying structural, mechanical, safety, and calibration requirements.
• Coordinating vehicle disassembly and blueprinting.
• Writing and negotiating supplements with insurance carriers.
• Documenting all required labor operations, parts, materials, and sublet services.
• Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, insurers, and vendors.
• Monitoring repairs to help maintain quality and production flow.

Harper Collision repairs a wide range of European, Asian, and domestic vehicles. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in building thorough repair plans and understands that quality repairs begin with complete documentation.

• Experience with CCC ONE or comparable estimating software
• Familiarity with OEM repair information and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, proper repairs
• I-CAR training or OEM certification experience is preferred
