Schumacher Auto Group in North Palm Beach is seeking a Collision Center Estimator to appraise vehicle damage and determine repair costs for insurance settlements while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of estimator experience, familiarity with CCC One estimating software, and a valid driver's license. CCC One and I-CAR certifications are preferred; opportunity to grow in a customer‑facing repair environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an estimator.
• CCC One estimating systems strongly preferred.
• I Car certification strongly preferred
• Must have reliable transportation within the West Palm Beach area
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• A valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
• Estimates cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
• Reviews repair cost estimates with body shop technician.
• Determines feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors.
• Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident with customer and insurance carrier.
• Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss.
• Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
• Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes, or customizing undamaged vehicles.
• Keeps customer up to date and informed during repair process.
• Familiar with CCC One estimating systems.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Schumacher Automotive Group in North Palm Beach (Northlake) is seeking a Collision Center Estimator responsible for appraising vehicle damage to determine cost of repairs for insurance claim settlements while delivering the best experience to our customers.
