Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Collision Center team in Mechanicsburg, PA. Training is provided and automotive experience is not required, making this a great entry point into a growing automotive family.

You will answer phone calls, schedule appointments, update customers on repair status, process payments, and assist with light administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls to the Collision Center.

The Customer Service Representative is the “go to” person in the Collision Center for customer assistance. As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handing incoming phone calls to the Collision Center, setting appointments for customers, updating customers on repair order status and processing payments. We may also have you communicate with our insurance partners, as well as handle filing duties and light accounting functions to support the body shop. Customer service is our focus, so professionalism, maturity and ethical behavior are a must for this position!
