Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking a Body Shop Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist to join our busy collision center. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, support daily office operations, and help maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, are organized, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and dependable.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Support daily office operations within the collision center.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash.
• Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate files, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
