Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Bear, DE, is seeking a Body Shop Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist to join our Collision Center team. Provide friendly, professional service in person and by phone while supporting daily office operations and insurance processing.

This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a positive attitude; High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license required; bilingual Spanish a plus.
