Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Lewes, DE, seeks a Body Shop Customer Service Representative / Administrative Assistant to join our busy collision center. You will deliver friendly, professional service in person and over the phone, while supporting daily office operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. QuickBooks experience and a high school diploma are a plus; bilingual Spanish is a plus but not

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in data entry and office software.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Support daily office operations within the collision center.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, deposits, receipts & petty cash.
• Assist with insurance processing, data entry, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate files, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
